The Rafiki Classical Academy

One of Rosemary’s dreams became a reality when in September 2023, Rafiki opened the first classical Christian school in Lake County Florida—the Rafiki Classical Academy (RCA). She served on the first board of directors and was instrumental in fundraising efforts for a permanent building.

The goals of the academy are three-fold:
- Meet the needs for a classical Christian school in Lake County Florida
- Train teachers to work in the school in Rafiki Villages in 10 countries in Africa
- Serve as a model and training facility for those in the U.S. who want to start their own classical Christian school
